Dec 2009 - Tanaløpet 25km
               No race, due to lack of snow.

Jan 2010 - Jarfjordløpet 72km
               6th place of 10.  Time:  4h 38 (avg speed 15,5 km/h)
               The team was in a strong 3rd place until a storm blew up on the mountain section.  As I
               was one of the few not to have packed the sled bag down , it acted like a sail, blowing 
               the sled off the trail several times.  Eventually, the dogs got fed up with me making a
               mess of things and lay down to shelter from the wind.  A change of lead dogs, time to sort
               out the lines, and we were on course again, but we had lost our placing in the field.
               Nevertheless, a good test of speed from the dogs.

Feb 2010 - Bergebyløpet 2 x 50km with 5 hours rest in the field
               8th place of 11.  Overall time:  7h 21 (3h 25, 3h 55)

Mar 2010 - Finnmarksløpet 500km
               40th place of 48 finishers (although 69 started the race).
               Overall time:  3d, 1h, 9m (about 11 hours faster than in 2009).
               All 8 dogs to the finish - Susi, Milla, Pirjo, Katie, Ruusa, Logan, Riku, Seppo.

Dec 2008 - Tanaløpet 25km
               10th place of 19.

Jan 2009 - Jarfjordløpet
               Did not start, thanks to a bout of influensa. 

Feb 2009 - Bergebyløpet 240km
               Did not finish.  
               Completed the first 120km leg and let the dogs rest at the checkpoint, but I got frostbite
               in my fingers and withdrew from the second leg.

Mar 2009 - Finnmarksløpet 500km
               Debut long-distance race.
               41st place of 41 finishers, with all 8 dogs to the finish!
